How to approve and reject posts

Three actions per post and what each one signals to the content engine.

"Approve" — publishes at the scheduled time. The engine learns the topic + tone you accept.
"Edit & Approve" — your edit becomes the published version, and it teaches the engine your preferred style.
"Reject" — does not publish. Pick a reason; the engine excludes that pattern next month.

Note: Reject reasons matter more than reject counts. A specific reason ("Too sales-y", "Wrong audience") trains the engine. A blank rejection just slows down approval.
