How to share your booking page

Where your booking link lives, how to copy it, and the three places we recommend pasting it first.

Your booking page is the single most important link your portal gives you. Anyone who gets that link can self-book a slot or submit an enquiry — without you ever picking up the phone.

Where to find your link

  1. Open your dashboard.
  2. In the top-right corner, click "Booking page".
  3. Copy the URL with the "Copy link" button.

Where to paste it first

  1. Your Google Business Profile (under Appointment links).
  2. Your Instagram bio (replace the generic Linktree if you have one).
  3. Your email signature so every reply doubles as an invite to book.
Note: Your booking page is fully on-brand and lives at /w/<your-slug>. It is publicly accessible — no login required for customers.
