Understanding your recovery score
A 0–100 score combining seven signals; here's what each band means and what moves it.
Recovery score is the headline metric on your dashboard. It rolls up the seven leak categories we measure into a single 0–100 number so you can answer the question: "Are we getting better, worse, or holding?".
Bands
- 0–39 — Material leaks open across multiple categories. Expect frequent recovery actions.
- 40–69 — Mixed. Some categories tight, others bleeding. Most clients live here in the first 60 days.
- 70–89 — Healthy. Recovery actions are now optimisation, not emergency repair.
- 90+ — Best-in-class. Sustained discipline across every leak category.
What moves it
Speed-of-response, review velocity, and follow-up coverage move the score fastest. Booking conversion and ad spend efficiency move slower but compound. The dashboard tooltip on each component shows the exact contribution.
