What happens when someone books

The events triggered behind the scenes the moment a booking lands.

Customer: receives a confirmation email + SMS within 30 seconds.
You: receive an instant dashboard notification + (optional) SMS alert.
CRM: a lead row is created with source attribution + score.
Sequences: any "post-booking" automation begins (e.g. 24h reminder, paperwork link).
Calendar: the slot is pushed to the connected calendar (Cal.com or Google).

If any of these steps fails — e.g. a Twilio outage prevents the SMS — the failure logs to your dashboard and the system retries on the next pass.
